I was helping an 84-year-old widow with her 40 plus year old garage door when it was discovered it had rusted out and could not be repaired. It was by chance that I ran into Brad the technician at a gas station and within 1 hour he was at her house going over options. It was obvious she needed an entire new door and he talked to David the owner and they worked out a price that she was extremely happy with. She is on a fixed income and made the initial payment but had to wait a few days to get the rest of the money. Once the final payment was arranged David expedited getting the garage door the same day. Brad showed up quickly and replaced every part of the garage door and assemblies in a matter of hours. She did not need a new opener so she was grateful for that. These guys are very professional and straight shooters. Today my garage door came off the track. I called David with Atlas Overhead Garage Door Repair and explained my situation. He listened (and heard) what I was saying and came over late this afternoon to fix my door. Once at my house my husband and I decided to also have the spring replaced as it was 22 yrs old.
